Picture me

I broke down and bought myself a decent starter camera and have been learning the basics of photography. So far I've been pretty pleased. I wish digital would have been at the level it is now back when I was younger--I would have probably taken it up instead of painting. Now the computer is the dark room and I understand computers. I just never wanted to be in a dark room--smelly, dark and full of chemicals.

Now it's all "sit down and fiddle"--which I do well!

What really knocks me out though is the talent out there. And they're so young! I haven't seen anything like it here in the states so I wonder what's going on over in Europe. Add to that--they're positively beautiful young women. Makes me feel old and young at the same time. I envy the young men that capture their hearts and hope they appreciate what they have.
